Bonhoeffer Lenten Study Group
First Meeting Monday, February 23rd at 3:00 p.m. at the church…Please use Federal Street Entrance
Tabernacle Church, UCC, will offer a six-part series on the life, work, theology, and impact of the martyred German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer. We’ll use his final writings, Letters and Papers from Prison, as an introduction to one of the 20th Century’s most important theologians. We’ll have a few copies of the book available, but’s also available online.
The group will meet on Monday, Feb. 23 at 3 PM at the church and then each successive Monday in Lent. Books and a syllabus will be available on Sunday. This will be an in-person meeting, but we’ll try to work out an alternative online.
