This choir is made up of 30 to 60 members ranging from 17 to 70 years of age embracing all races, creeds, beliefs, and socioeconomic classes. They are high school and college students, adults, and seniors from Boston and surrounding communities. Formed in the Spring of 1999 following an invitation to sing black gospel in Italy, this non profit was created to promote the message of interracial harmony and bring black gospel to those far and near. As a result over the past summers the choir has traveled to Italy, France, Holland, Ireland, Brazil, Costa Rica, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Puerto Rico, New Orleans, New Hampshire, and Cape Cod.
